Wood Kitchens
Our vast collection of high gloss wood veneers creates the appearance of solid wood with a stunning sheen, with the added benefit of an affordable price. Our high gloss wood veneers are manufactured using the most modern facilities. For the veneer, 3mm slices of real wood are adhered to a synthetic core, eliminating the tendency for solid woods to warp through exposure to variations in temperature and humidity. The veneers are then given a reflective quality via a multi-coat spray lacquer. Utilising robotic technology, the doors are spray coated five times producing an excellent depth of colour. High quality, aesthetically stunning and easy to maintain, our high gloss wood veneers prove a welcome addition to any kitchen design.
Painted Veneers
Painted Veneer units possess the same look and feel as wood veneers but are available in a vast choice of colours to create the exact look you have in mind. Opt for the Vanilla Patina Stained to create a warm, rustic, welcoming atmosphere in your home. Or why not create a contemporary design rooted in country house style with a combination of Ash Pebble Grey Lacquer and Graphite Oak Veneer. With over 30 different hues to choose from you will be spoilt for choice.
Veneers And Solid Wood
Whilst our high quality veneers will provide a sophisticated addition to any kitchen, we are also able to use any of the above mentioned woods to create a solid wood framed door or work top. As one of nature's most indelible, beautiful and tough materials, solid wood can augment any kitchen. A kitchen made entirely from oak carries a hard to beat air of opulence, quality and tradition. Alternatively, a solid, light timber like maple cognac, combined with natural understated colours such as beiges and browns will create a sense of timeless elegance. To provide the maximum stability, durability and strength, our solid wood kitchens are sourced from the finest raw materials and very carefully crafted. The tactile finish of our solid wood units and surfaces makes for a long-lasting, high quality kitchen.
Wood Gloss Laminate
You can create a truly stunning kitchen at an affordable price by opting for a high-quality, wood gloss laminate finish. Almost indistinguishable from the high gloss veneers, the smooth, shiny effect of the laminate finish guarantees a stylish, yet cost-effective living space. The wood gloss laminate is manufactured by vacuum-forming a high-gloss, semi-molten foil over a treated and sealed core, which is then pressed and cleaved together. Water and heat resistant, the wood gloss laminate finish offers a long-lasting, hard wearing option, whilst the edges are tightly sealed to avoid the risk of any expansion when exposed to water.
Wood Matt Laminate
Another affordable option, the wood matt laminate optimises the high-quality associations of a wood kitchen whilst minimising the price. Available in 8 sublime wood effects, the wood matt laminate finish offers a fantastic addition to a wide range of kitchen designs.
High Gloss Laminate Kitchens
High gloss laminates are the least expensive of our high gloss kitchen finishes, and we have installed some truly stunning kitchens using these materials. Our high gloss laminates are manufactured by vacuum-forming a high gloss, semi-molten foil over a pre-machined substrate, which is then pressed and adhered together. As such, the foil is continuous on all the outward facing surfaces of the kitchen door. These doors are 19mm thick with a 3mm corner radius. The doors are expressly designed to prevent delaminating of the foil from the substrate, and prevent moisture ingress into the door. The quality of our high gloss laminates is such that many of our clients can't tell the difference between these and our more expensive door types on the lighter colours.
